The North America region reported net sales of $1.03 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, down 2.0%.
Worldwide weight management product sales declined 0.8% in 2025.
North American sales, at $1.03 billion, accounted for 20.5% of total Herbalife sales. If we apply that 20.5% geographic share to the $2.74 billion in total weight management products sales, then estimated North American weight management product sales amounted to $563 million in 2025. This was down very slightly by 0.7% from the $567 million posted in 2024.
Meal replacements sales (shakes, nutrition bars, retail weight loss supplements) have held up fairly well the past few years, despite competition from the GLP-1 drugs. They are being positioned not only as an alternative to injectable drugs but as complementary or an adjunct to the drug regimens, foods that contain high amounts of protein to maintain muscle.
